Workout of the Week (online)
A low impact class to specifically target one area of the body.
A low impact class that will change weekly. We will specifically target one area of the body in each class and build on strength as well as toning. For example, one week will be a core workout, and the next an arm workout and then a butt workout. You will need a yoga mat, small weights (tin cans are fine), and occasionally a chair or work surface as a barre. This class is designed for all ages, levels and abilities.
