A full body workout designed to improve strength and stamina.

Class Description

A 60 minute full body workout designed to improve stamina, strength and flexibility using exercises employed by professional dancers. Equipment: You will need two small weights (I use tin cans), a yoga mat (or towel) and a small pilates ball (or cushion). You will also need a chair for a barre.
