A 30min workout designed to improve stamina, strength and flexibility.

Class Description

A 30 minute workout designed to improve stamina, strength and flexibility using exercises employed by professional dancers. Starting at the barre and moving to the centre, this class works the whole body. Absolutely no dance experience required. Equipment: You will need two small weights (I use tin cans), a yoga mat (or towel) and a small pilates ball (or cushion). You will also need a chair for a barre.
